BURLINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT COMMUNITY ACADEMY ANNOUNCEMENT

Beginning in February, the Burlington Police Department will offer, for the first time in many years a Community Academy.

The Burlington Police Department’s Community Police Academy is a free program designed for citizens of Burlington and members of the business community to take an inside look at their Police Department, policing in the 21st century, and contemporary law enforcement operations. The complexity, scope, and depth of the issues that exist on the public safety landscape are enormous. Current class dates include February 12, 19, 26, March 5, and 12, 2014

+ a ride-a-long experience scheduled generally at your discretion.
