March is National Nutrition Month
Hunger Free Vermont (www.hungerfreevt.org)

March is the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' National Nutrition Month!® To show our support for this year's campaign theme, to "Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day," each of us here at Hunger Free Vermont will take a turn to share a personal goal, story or fact regarding nutrition through daily nutrition education blog posts for the entire month of March. So check in with our blog at: http://hungerfreevt.blogspot.com/ throughout the month to see what we're doing for "National Nutrition Month," and then be sure to let us know what YOU'RE up to!

Help us donate 35 pints! Monday, March 25th

The Student Advisory Board is organizing a Blood Drive on Monday, March 25th from 11:00AM – 4:00PM in the Sadie White room

Our goal is to have 35 folks donate blood. If you would like to be one of the 35 please let me know. I have a sign-up sheet in my office with specific times so you can block it out in your schedule.

If you need  some incentive Chris Frenette from the Red Cross told us that donations have been very low recently and that one donation could save up to 3 lives!

If you need a little more incentive all donors will be receiving a coupon for a free sandwich, bag of chips and a drink at Cumberland Farms. (I’m really hoping that 1st incentive is the reason why you will decide to donate)
