Step Up to Law Enforcement: Apply Now!

Have you always been interested in law enforcement?
Now is the time to find out more about this exciting field.

Step Up to Law Enforcement is now recruiting women interested in careers in law enforcement.

VT Works for Women is excited to announce the 2011 Step Up to Law Enforcement beginning this fall. This nine-week, pre-Academy, job training program is designed for women looking to enter a career in policing or corrections. Classes run from mid September to late November and are offered on evenings and weekends.

Successful graduates of the program receive post-program employment support for up to a year as they apply for positions in law enforcement and begin their new careers.

Orientations are scheduled for August—contact us for locations.

Interested candidates are encouraged to sign-up for an orientation and start the ap
